Just completed a block of 12 sessions with Owain and have found each session engaging, enjoyable and fun. Owain is very friendly and welcoming so all the fears of doing 1 to 1 sessions and getting back into the gym setting were eased immediately after meeting him. Each of his sessions are tailored to what you want to achieve and his method of teaching and wide range of knowledge makes every exercise/workout easier to understand and are not over-complicated. I would definitely recommend OGYM to anyone new or experienced to working out, as his expertise can help anyone achieve their goals.

Owain, I just need to start by saying I don’t actually know what I would’ve done if you hadn’t had got me doing pre-hab before this surgery. I’d be absolutely useless, because im not allowed to weight bear on or bend my right leg at all I’ve been able to manoeuvre myself with squats using just my left leg, pushing myself up using my arms… ogym is just a place of miracles.
